Job Description:
The Aviation Capital Delivery Program Administrator is responsible for supporting the delivery of capital projects across all aviation capital works. This includes ensuring the administration of capital projects are supported meeting the requirements of our internal policies and procedures, as well as coordinated with our program directors and managers.
This role requires a suitably experienced and qualified individual who has good organizational skills. The Program Administrator will work collaboratively across both internal and external capital project teams providing support and assistance through the execution of project administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support key program/project administration tasks
* Manage purchase order and invoice approval process on a monthly basis
* Manage execution process for project contract documentation
* Support project teams with the collation and submission of project gate documentation
* Support the program directors and managers with contract administration
* Coordinate project/program and aviation project team meetings and activities
* Assist in the coordination and management of the airside access escort and security guard booking process
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong administration skills including supporting preparation of reports and presentations
* Ability to implement and follow key project processes
* Strong prioritization and time management skills
* Ability to manage, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks across multiple projects concurrently
* Work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
* High motivation and proven experience to support project outcomes
* Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
