Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Melbourne
Job specification
- Working on the development and maintenance of industry leading Superannuation software - Acurity and Super Connector
- Help engineering squad meet its development goals, which involve producing high-quality releases
- Undertake detailed testing activities using system, integration, regression, setting and other testing disciplines
- Frame test plans, review those written by peers and influence the development of these products
- Have the opportunity to guide efforts to improve the coverage of the automated testing suite
Skills Required
- 3 years of experience in a Software Quality Assurance role
- Understanding of the Superannuation industry and fund administration processes
- Strong verbal and written communication, with ability to convert business requirements into test plans
- Experience in testing web applications and APIs
- Understanding of databases and ability to write SQL queries
- Experience using SDLC tools such as Git and Jira
- Familiarity with Superannuation registry software, especially Acurity, is advantageous
- Experience building Clearing House or Superstream Gateway software is advantageous
- Experience using test automation frameworks and tools such as Playwright, Test Complete, Postman and SoapUI is advantageous
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new ways of collaborative working
