Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport. In this role you’ll prepare and present a variety of fresh sandwiches with consistency and care, deliver outstanding service to guests, and assist with the opening and closing of the venue. Availability
Availability to work early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday is required.
What you will do
- Welcome and assist travellers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience
- Deliver exceptional food and beverage service and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Assemble and serve sandwiches with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Assist in the set up and maintenance of dining and service areas
- Be well-versed in daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
- Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More about you / Qualifications
- Previous experience in food & beverage service within a fast-paced environment
- Food preparation and presentation skills, preferably with sandwich making experience
- Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
- Availability to work the early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday
