Mandatory Requirements Of This Role
* Admitting, consultative, diagnostic, procedural, outpatient, telehealth and on‑call services as determined and required by HNELHD.
* Attendance and availability during rostered work hours and while on‑call including clinical handover, supervision, teaching and care as determined by HNELHD.
* Provision of education and research as required by HNELHD.
* Primary medical degree registrable with AHPRA and Fellowship of the RACGP or ACRMM, or overseas trained specialist pathways.
* Evidence of being a medical expert, demonstrated by recent comprehensive experience in General Practice.
* Evidence of being a scholar, maintaining medical professional development and assisting staff with knowledge development.
* Evidence of being a skilled communicator, oral and written, communicating with patients, students, health professionals and the public.
* Evidence of being a collaborator, networking and operating within an interdisciplinary framework.
* Evidence of being a manager, flexible, coping with a changing health system, past leadership and safety/quality improvement experience.
* Evidence of being a professional, with continued development, peer review and clinical governance.
* Evidence of being an advocate, contributing to improving individual and societal health.
