As a Digital Project Manager, you'll take on new challenges every day, onboarding clients to HubSpot, implementing sales processes and automation, and developing customer journey mapping. Working alongside our talented design and development teams, you'll help build amazing user experiences and websites using HubSpot CMS. With your project management skills and effective communication, you'll keep clients informed and engaged every step of the way. This can run the gamut from migrating them to better software to building a brand new website or fleshing out their business support channels. We help however we can, and are constantly on the lookout for new value to bring. Increasingly, that includes using AI and automation to remove friction, surface better insights, and free our clients (and team) up to focus on the work humans do best.

What will you be doing at Neighbourhood?
At Neighbourhood, a Digital Project Manager is also the one doing the work so that every day can bring something new.
Here are some of the day-to-day tasks our Digital Project Managers do for our clients…
HubSpot
* Onboard new clients to HubSpot - follow our internal process with education and implementation.
* Implement sales processes and automation to help the clients' staff with their sales process (you're not selling; they are using your processes)
* Creation of reporting for Marketing, Sales & Service
* Development of customer journey mapping (using Miro) and implementation
* Training and Education on the HubSpot Platform
Website Development
* Wireframing in Miro based on the client's requirements
* Working with our design team to create amazing user experiences
* Working with our development team to help build out the websites (mostly with HubSpot CMS)
* Sometimes work with our dev team on complex API projects
Project Management
* Work, plan and manage in ClickUp
* Communication via slack, email and video with our clients (don't worry, they rock)
* Internal and external reporting (We use Databox so it's not labour-intensive)
AI & Innovation
* Explore and test AI tools to improve how we deliver projects and support clients.
* Identify opportunities to use AI to streamline workflows, reporting, and customer journeys - both internally and for clients.
* Collaborate with the team to turn "we're stuck" moments into AI-powered experiments and solutions.
* Help educate clients on practical, ethical ways they can adopt AI in their sales, marketing, and service processes.

Qualifications
* Strong understanding of online CRM, Marketing and Sales tools
* Experience in project and account management
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field (preferred but not essential)
