Job Overview
As a Graphic Design Lead, you will set the creative direction for graphic design and motion outputs ensuring alignment with brand objectives. You will transform briefs into compelling visual concepts across digital, print, video, and internal communications.
You will manage and mentor a team of designers and motion artists fostering collaboration and professional growth, overseeing workflow and task allocation to ensure timely delivery of requests from the marketing team.
You will review and approve all visual outputs maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and brand compliance acting as a brand steward ensuring visual consistency across assets.
Monitor resource capacity and project timelines for efficient production and prioritization.
* Proven ability to lead creative teams managing design and motion projects from concept to delivery
* Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and video production across digital and print
* Experience translating briefs into brand-aligned visual concepts managing feedback loops
* Proficiency in design and motion software e.g. Adobe Creative Suite After Effects Premiere Pro
* Skilled in managing workflows prioritizing tasks ensuring timely delivery of creative outputs
* Strong understanding of brand systems and visual identity management
