Role description
Inglewood & District Health are seeking applications from Health Care Workers to join their team on an ongoing part time basis.
The primary role of the HCW is to work as a productive member of the care team to provide person centred care. The HCW is expected to provide a competent level of personal care, cleaning and food service for residence and to work within the limitations of their role. The HCW work under the direction and support of the supervising Registered Nurse at all times.
About you
Experience, or willingness to gain experience, in providing personal care
Basic assessment and reporting skills
A nationally accredited Level III or IV certificate in a related discipline (or equivalent as recognised by IDHS will be highly regarded)
Understanding of the concept of person-centred care
Good communication skills
