We are partnering with a prominent law firm in Sydney to recruit a passionate and driven Associate/Senior Associate to join their class action and personal injury team.
This is a full-time role for a lawyer with 3+ years PAE who is looking to develop a long-term and meaningful career within a supportive, well-established practice.

What you'll be doing:
* Managing a caseload of class action and personal injury files
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications, and settlement agreements
* Providing clear and empathetic legal advice to clients
* Attending court hearings, mediations, and client meetings
* Conducting legal research to support complex matters
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes for clients
What we're looking for:
* Minimum of 3 years PAE with exposure to class action or personal injury work
* Strong drafting and legal writing skills
* Excellent communication skills, particularly in sensitive or high-stakes situations
* Organised and able to manage competing deadlines
* Compassionate, client-focused, and eager to learn
* A proactive, professional, and adaptable team player
