We're looking for experienced military professionals who are ready to bring their leadership, tactical insight, and planning expertise to a dynamic team delivering impactful training outcomes.
Role Responsibilities
* Design, sequence, and manage training exerc ise Events, Incidents, and Inj ects using digital exercise planning tools
* Produce comprehensive supporting documentation using Defence systems and exercise planning software
* Deli ver instruction and training on exercise planning, execution, and supporting systems
* Collaborate with Defence personnel to support and deliver exercises and activities as required
* Ensure all documentation is appropriately stored within Defence systems
* Provide exp ert advice and support for the development of exercise planning methodologies and requirements
* Cond uct micro-planning for designated exercises and activities as directed by Defence staff
* Attend and contribute to planning and coordination confere nces
* Be prepared to ass ume Site Manager responsibilities for exercises and activities
About YOU
* Min imum 7 years of military experience, with demonstrated leadership in training and exercise contexts
* In-depth knowledg e of Littoral, amphibious, Battle group, and Brigade-level operations
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and familiar with Defence exercise planning systems
* Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire high performance
* Flexible and willing to t ravel and work extended hours when required to support training events across locations
