This role requires a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting skills and excellent communication.ResponsibilitiesResponding to user inquiries about hardware, software and network issuesInstalling, configuring and maintaining software applications and IT equipmentTroubleshooting problems and ensuring effective use of systemsSupporting computer networks and assisting with website maintenanceRepairing or arranging replacement of faulty equipment and peripheralsProviding training and guidance to staff on IT systems and applicationsQualificationsDiploma or higher qualification in IT, computer science, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in ICT support or customer serviceStrong knowledge of computer hardware, software and network systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPlease send your resume only if you meet the above requirements.
