What You’ll Be Doing: As a Sales Support Representative, you will be the main point of contact for Dulux Trade account holders, making outbound calls to connect, understand, and qualify customer partnerships. Your goal will be to identify growth and improvement opportunities within existing accounts while representing one of Australia’s most trusted brands. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer concerns, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and support the wider sales team in achieving account objectives. This role offers ongoing coaching, mentoring, and career growth opportunities, including pathways into other sales and business-focused functions.
