With business growing, this is a great time to join the QA team and take on the responsibilities of managing a QC team within this well-established FMCG business with an iconic brand that supports the Australian snack market.
About The Role
This is a newly created role that has come about through an internal promotion, and they are looking for a team player who can support the leadership team, with compliance to food safety and quality standards. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to build trust and support from your QC team, analyse data and determine root cause, run corrective actions, and design and develop quality documentation that meets regulatory standards.
Skills and Experience
Ideally you will be degree qualified in Food Technology and/or Science and have at least 4 years' experience in QA/QC, with demonstrated leadership capabilities within food or beverage manufacturing. You will have experience in HACCP and internal auditing and be capable of trouble shooting and problem solving. The ability to be a self-starter with superior communication skills is essential.
