Join our team at our Boral Recycling site in Wetherill Park NSW, where every day brings variety, responsibility, and the chance to grow with one of Australia’s leading building and construction materials suppliers.
You’ll primarily work as a Weighbridge Operator as well as helping out as a plant operator, but flexibility is key—there will also be manual labour involved. You’ll work closely with the Site Manager helping to keep the operation running smoothly and safely.
Your day will involve:
Monitor & process heavy vehicles entering & existing the plantWeighbridge operation including the ticketing of incoming and outgoing trucksPrepare and process docketsEnsure all visitors to the weighbridge office and site adhere to OHS requirements and induction procedures.Load road trucks with finished productPush off tip heads for inbound materialsGeneral site duties including Shovelling, lifting (10–15kg), plant cleaning, and minor repairsSupporting the team with continuous improvement and compliance with Borals safety and environmental standards
What are we looking for?
Experience as a Weighbridge operatorExperience operating Sales LoadersA team player mindset Advanced computer skills along with well-developed organisation skills.
