We are seeking Support Workers who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support. You will work alongside individuals to achieve personal and NDIS goals, plan and implement individual programs, and provide emotional support and physical assistance as needed.
* Work collaboratively with participants to develop and implement personalized plans.
* Provide support with daily tasks, personal care, and hygiene.
* Accompany participants to appointments and community activities.
You will also have the opportunity to work on developing new skills, such as medication administration and positive behaviour management. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional support, and we are looking for someone who shares our passion for delivering high-quality care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An interest in supporting people with disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage your own time.
* A current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* A valid Driver's Licence, with access to a vehicle and comprehensive car insurance.
