Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Batch Plant Supervisor to oversee direct-hire and contractor activities on our site. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring construction operations and ensuring compliance with project Environmental, Safety and Health (ES&H), quality, and schedule requirements.
Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate the performance of site Batch Plant contractors, project status, schedule, cost control, and change-management systems.
* Plan and forecast deliveries of materials to the site and daily concrete production requirements in support of project schedules.
* Monitor compliance of direct hire and sub-contractors with specifications, ES&H plans, quality standards, and regulatory safety codes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Construction Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
* Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
