To be successful, you will have the following:
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent (preferred)
* Proven experience estimating complex, architecturally designed projects
* Background with mid‐tier or upper‐tier builders
* Strong end‐to‐end tendering experience
* Advanced cost planning and reporting capability
* Ability to interpret detailed construction documentation
* Excellent commercial judgement and accuracy
* Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

In order to be successful in your application, you will need to have the ability to work cross‐functionally between the different teams and provide your expertise at all levels of the business. This position is suited to an experienced Estimator seeking a long‐term opportunity within a stable, privately held business known for craftsmanship, strong client relationships, and a collaborative internal culture. You will play a key role in shaping pre‐construction outcomes, working closely with directors, architects, and consultants from concept through to contract.
