* Permanent Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm or 8:30am–4:30pm
* Remuneration: $33.39 to $33.98 per hour + Super + Salary Packaging up to $15,990 (that's approximately $5,000 extra per year) + Staff Discounts & Benefits

This role is ideal for experienced Administration Officers, Rostering Officers, or Payroll Officers looking for a permanent full-time position in aged care.
What You'll Do
* Develop and maintain accurate, efficient rosters to ensure safe, high‑quality care delivery
* Manage staff availability, leave requests, and shift changes
* Monitor staffing levels and adjust rosters in real time
* Support workforce planning and assist with recruitment and onboarding
* Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, Awards, and enterprise agreements
* Prepare reports on labour costs, overtime, and staffing variances
* Act as first point of contact for staff regarding rosters and payroll queries
* Assist with budget monitoring and labour cost management
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in rostering, payroll, or workforce planning (aged care or healthcare preferred)
* Strong understanding of workplace legislation and industrial Awards
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with staff at all levels
* Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
