Territory Manager

As Territory Manager, you will be responsible for retention and growing sales in an existing portfolio whilst securing new business and growing profitability through effective price, product substitution and contract management.
What You Will Enjoy Doing
* Winning, retaining and growing customers to contribute to the achievement of sales, service and profit targets in the gases and welding equipment market is significant to this role
* Identify, develop, and commercialize growth opportunities with existing customer accounts and new business prospects
* Develop mutually rewarding relationships with prospective and current customers
* Provide technical assistance, solutions and deliver outstanding customer experience
* Work collaboratively across internal functions and plants
What Makes You Great
* Strong selling and business development skills including customer negotiation
* Thorough knowledge of price and contract management
* Experience in growing existing accounts, generation and conversion is second to none
* Excellent time management skills and initiative
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Welding, fabrication, or similar trade experience highly regarded (not essential)
* Hold a clean Driver License
