About You:
* Experience in property management.
* Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* A problem-solver who enjoys helping people.
* A valid driver's licence

* Managing a portfolio of residential properties across the Hunter Valley region.
* Liaising with tenants, landlords, and trades.
* Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance.
* Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation.
