Key Responsibilities
* Own paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & more
* Optimize funnels from first click to final conversion
* Launch A/B tests, write killer ad copy, and collaborate with content pros
* Use data to drive every decision — ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC
* Report results clearly, optimize relentlessly, and scale smart
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years managing paid campaigns across major platforms
* A strong grasp of analytics (GA4, pixels, tags, tracking)
* Creative + analytical skills — you get both sides
* Comfortable working solo and in sync across time zones
* A love for building and experimenting, not just managing
