Role

Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you'll own the day‐to‐day coordination of our global influencer, UGC creator and seeding programs, as well as contributing to the growth and evolution of Allkinds' social content.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate paid influencer campaigns across key markets.
• Write engaging briefs for influencers and UGC creators.
• Manage content timelines, submissions, approvals and usage rights.
• Track content performance.
• Source and manage a roster of UGC creators.
• Own product seeding programs.
• Assist with influencer negotiations and contracts.
• Support on‐set coordination for social shoots and content series.
• Maintain a centralised creator database and nurture relationships.
• Participate in social content and content brainstorms.

On‐site role 5‐days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in social media, influencer marketing and/or content creation.
• Hands‐on experience with gifting, seeding or PR programs.
• Experience writing creator or influencer briefs.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Natural relationship builder with excellent communication skills.
• Social‐native: tapped into TikTok trends, creators and internet culture.
• Comfortable on camera and participating in social content.
• Must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
