 
        
        At Future Energy Skills Limited, we are seeking a seasoned Electrical Training professional to lead our experienced team in delivering the Licensed Electricians Assessment (LEA) training program.
The appointee will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the LEA Training Program by establishing and maintaining a conducive learning environment, encouraging clients to take ownership of their learning, and scheduling program resources at least three months in advance.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Leading the delivery of the LEA Training Program, including developing and modifying appropriate training materials as needed to meet client requirements.
 * Scheduling program resources, including equipment and accommodation, prior to delivery.
 * Supervising and monitoring client progress, assessing client skills against required standards, and maintaining accurate records of client progress.
The appointee will also be responsible for:
 * Coordinating the Candidate Support Program, supporting candidates through their licensing journey, and advocating on their behalf.
 * Developing and implementing Continuous Professional Development initiatives for the Training Team, ensuring all staff members receive adequate training and support.
 * Evaluating and improving the LEA Training Program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
We seek a qualified A Grade Electrician with extensive experience in the electrotechnology industry and specific training experience within the Victorian VET framework.

 * Able to engage effectively with stakeholders, build strong relationships, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
