Factual Investigator Role
This role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy in your working day. As a Factual Investigator, you will be responsible for attending various locations, predominantly within Perth and a proportion of work across WA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
* Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
* Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
* You hold a Certificate III in Investigations;
* You have a current and valid Investigators Licence (Agent licence also required for subcontracting work);
* You have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
* You have experience conducting Workers Compensation or CTP investigations (highly desirable);
* You have experience working with the Insurance Commission of Western Australia;
* You have excellent written and verbal skills;
* You have strong attention to detail with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally.
