The Role:
* Full end‑to‑end property management - No Leasing
* Out‑of‑office duties & owner/tenant communications
* Maintenance coordination
* Processing applications & preparing lease packs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Holds a current Agents Representative Certificate
* Able to multi‑task and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
* Loyal, ambitious, and passionate about property management
* Holds a valid driver's license
* Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
