**What you'll need to succeed**
- Using available resources and tools, gather and interrogate HR organisational data and build reports and dashboards that fulfil the Memorial's internal and external reporting and data analysis requirements.
- Develop and interpret ad hoc and regular reports which clearly and concisely show status and trends for key HR metrics
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure the accuracy and validity of data gathered.
- Deliver information obtained to key stakeholders in appropriate and engaging methods that will inform and drive organisational action.
- Provide support to other members of the HR Team in relation to data analysis and reporting.
- Other HR duties as required to support the broader HR team.
