Front of House is the first and last impression of The Yard Gym. It sets the tone for a premium fitness experience.
Ensuring every client journey, from the initial greeting and check-in, to the tour and their exit, feels seamless, personal and memorable.
This is a customer-facing, sales-driven position suited to someone confident, polished, and highly organised.
You'll be responsible for:
* Delivering a warm, professional welcome and exceptional member experience
* Executing in-person sales via the Mindbody Business App
* Managing leads accurately through the CRM
* Conducting outbound lead calls and trial confirmations
* Supporting the coaching team with sales admin and client follow-up
* Contributing to consistent, on-brand social media content
Consistency, attention to detail, and flawless execution are non-negotiable .
About You
* Proven experience in customer-facing roles
* Confident with face-to-face sales and relationship building
* Minimum of 1+ years face-to-face sales experience required
* Experience using CRM systems and handling admin
* Professional, personable, and driven by high standards
* Experience in fitness, hospitality, or boutique environments preferred
* Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience required
* Availability to work flexible hours across weekdays, evenings, and weekends as required
* Australian work rights essential
