Counter Manager | Aesop Myer Bourke Street | 12 Month Max Term Contract

Purpose of the Role

As a Counter Manager at Aesop Myer Bourke Street, you will be responsible for the overall success of one Aesop counter at Myer across ANZ. The role emphasizes relationship building with Myer stakeholders to elevate the space.

You will work full-time on-site on a Tuesday–Saturday roster, responsible for budgeting, store-specific marketing, building the store's client base, and choreographing the daily activities of a team of Retail Consultants. The successful candidate will demonstrate diligence, passion and a commitment to excellence.


Responsibilities

* Oversee the performance of one Aesop counter at Myer (ANZ).
* Build and manage relationships with Myer stakeholders to elevate the space.
* Manage budgeting and store-specific marketing initiatives.
* Develop and grow the store's client base.
* Coordinate daily activities and performance of a team of Retail Consultants.


What We Are Looking For

* Management experience within customer, retail or hospitality service environments.
* Proven track record of effective selling skills and driving commercial outcomes in retail or hospitality.
* Experience leading and coaching a team, creating an inclusive and psychologically safe work environment.
* Empathy to manage interpersonal relationships.
* Open mindset and curiosity to understand others, listen without judgement and act on diverse perspectives.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, commercial acumen and merchandising skills.
