Our Bar and Gaming team plays an significant role in our Club operations. Wests Nelson Bay currently has a casual opportunity available for a customer-focused individual. Our Bar and Gaming operations provide quality service to our members and guests in both indoor areas and thoughtfully appointed outdoor spaces, including designated smoking areas. Key responsibilities include:
1. Provide friendly customer service
2. Preparation and service of beverages
3. Operation of Tab and Keno terminals
4. Cleaning of workstation and equipment
5. Operation of tills and cash handling
6. Collect glasses from the floor and return to bar areas for cleaning
This position will require availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster. Shifts are scheduled from the evening through to early hours of the morning, especially during peak periods such as summer, public holidays, and school holidays. Availability during these seasonal peaks is essential.
Certifications required: RSA & RCG
