As a Property Manager with Belle Property Hunter Region, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining a small well maintained portfolio located in our Lake Macquarie office. What you'll be doing
* Effectively managing and maintaining a small portfolio of residential approximately 130 properties
* Liaising with landlords, tenants, and contractors to attend to any property-related issues
* Conducting regular property inspections and ensuring properties are well-maintained
* Handling tenant applications, lease agreements, and rent collection
* Addressing tenant enquiries and resolving any disputes in a timely and professional manner
* Coordinating property maintenance and repairs, including the supervision of contractors
* Providing regular updates and reports to landlords on the status of their properties
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices

* Solid understanding of residential tenancy laws and regulations
