We are seeking a motivated and reliable 1st Year Apprentice Gardener to join our team based in Rowville Area, Melbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and is committed to maintaining high standards across residential and/or commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
* Lawn mowing, edging, and general turf maintenance
* Hedge trimming and pruning
* Weeding, mulching, and garden clean-ups
* Planting and general garden care
* Operating and maintaining gardening equipment safely and efficiently
* Ensuring all sites are left neat, tidy, and professionally presented
Essential Requirements
* Strong work ethic and positive attitude
* No issues working outdoors in all weather conditions
* Punctual and reliable
* Own vehicle and current driver's licence
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
