As a leading organisation in the finance sector, we are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a critical role within our Lending Operations team. The Systems and Process Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our lending systems. This includes providing ongoing system support, identifying opportunities for process improvements, delivering enhancements and collaborating with project teams to achieve quarterly outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a subject matter expert across lending systems including LoanWorks Platform (LOS), LendFast, NextGen (.ApplyOnline) and others.
* Support third-party vendor solutions and APIs by participating in governance meetings.
* Manage user accounts to ensure correct access across business units.
