What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an engaging and innovative Technology Programs Coordinator to deliver inclusive, technology‐enriched library programs that strengthen digital literacy, creativity and community participation across the Fraser Coast. This role works closely with children, young people and community partners to enhance access to digital technologies and future‐focused learning opportunities, while supporting the ongoing development of library technology services.
What Your Day Will Look Like
* Plan, develop, deliver and review inclusive, technology‐enriched library programs, including youth‐focused and STEM/STEAM initiatives.
* Manage and enhance library technology infrastructure, digital platforms and makerspace resources.
* Support and build staff capability in areas such as robotics, coding and creative technologies.
* Develop and maintain productive partnerships with schools, organisations and community stakeholders.
* Contribute to program reporting, evaluation, budgeting and funding applications for technology and youth programs.
* Provide high‐quality customer service, including circulation and reference services as required.

What You'll Need For Success
* Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and evaluating inclusive technology‐enriched programs.
* Proven ability to implement and support current and emerging technologies in a community or library environment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage diverse community groups.
* Well‐developed organisational and coordination skills, including experience with program planning, evaluation and reporting.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and build effective internal and external partnerships.
* Working with Children Blue Card (or ability to obtain prior to commencement).
* Valid Class C or CA Queensland driver licence.
What's Nice To Have
* Degree (AQF Level 7 or above) in Library and Information Studies, Digital Technology or a related discipline.
* Experience working in a public library, multi‐branch or GLAM environment.
* Current First Aid and CPR certificate.
