About the position
We are seeking a detail‐oriented, proactive, and hands‐on Club Compliance Coordinator to oversee club compliance including RSA practices, responsible gambling initiatives, and requirements under the Registered Clubs Act and club membership compliance. This role involves monitoring RSA, RCG and ARCG procedures, analysing reports, managing gaming incident registers, and liaising with regulatory partners to uphold industry standards and best practices. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in compliance management, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to fostering a responsible and compliant gaming environment.
Responsible Gambling Initiatives
* Develop, implement, and manage responsible gambling strategies.
* Generate and analyse detailed gambling reports and analytics to drive insights.
* Maintain and enhance gambling procedures to ensure operational excellence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel to create reports and documentation.
* Deliver education and training programs to staff on responsible gambling practices.
Compliance Management
* Review and respond to relevant emails related to compliance matters.
* Monitor and audit gaming incident registers, providing actionable feedback to site and premise managers.
* Review and manage records of Gaming Persons of Interest, ensuring timely and effective action.
* Conduct monthly liaison with Club provider ClubSafe, maintaining oversight of club signage and responsible gambling materials.
* Stay up to date with current gaming compliance procedures and ensure full adherence to regulatory requirements.
* Regularly review RSA practices and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
* Monitor and oversee membership records to ensure compliance with the Registered Clubs Act.

What we are looking for
* Previous experience in a compliance, risk management, or regulatory role within the Gaming or Club Industry.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and training.
* Knowledge of NSW Gaming Regulations, Liquor Act and Responsible Gambling Guidelines and the Anti‐Money Laundering and Counter‐Terrorism Financing Act Legislation.
* Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
* Certifications required: RSA, RCG, ARCG.
