Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in the East Pilbara region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our mobile equipment fleet, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in heavy mining equipment operation and maintenance, with previous experience in supervisory roles. You will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and operators, providing guidance and support to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will work closely with other departments to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, develop and implement maintenance plans, and monitor progress against targets. You will also be responsible for conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities, identifying potential safety hazards and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
* Current full manual driver's license
* Hold a Statutory 26 appointed person certificate (preferred)
* Previous experience with ancillary equipment (dozers, graders & loaders) on a mine operation
* Previous supervisor experience in a mining environment (3-5 years)
