We're seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist with experience across both NDIS and private practice settings. This dual background will allow you to support families with diverse needs while providing flexible, evidence-based therapy.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of our supportive multidisciplinary team, you'll:
* Provide comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children.
* Deliver individualised therapy programs that support both NDIS participants and private clients.
* Educate and support families, carers, and educators in achieving therapy goals.
* Collaborate with allied health and medical professionals for holistic care.
* Complete clear, timely reports for NDIS compliance and private practice needs.
* Contribute to service innovation and best practice.
What You'll Need
* Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelor's or Master's).
* Speech Pathology Australia membership (or eligibility).
* Proven experience working in both NDIS and private practice environments.
* Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal communication skills.
* A client-first, outcomes-focused mindset.
* Current Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain).
