We're hiring: Head of Operations – MySierra
MySierra is looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead day-to-day operations across our accommodation and venue portfolio in the Margaret River region.
This is a senior leadership role with real authority. You'll be the key operator in the business, leading people, owning guest experience, setting standards, and building systems that allow the business to scale.
In this role, you will:
• Lead operations for ~20 listings across three brands
• Manage and develop teams across guest experience, housekeeping, landscaping, and events
• Own guest experience, service quality, and operational standards
• Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement
• Support delivery of weddings and corporate groups at our Estate
We're looking for someone who:
• Has senior operations experience in hospitality, accommodation, venues, or multi-site environments
• Is a strong people leader and confident decision-maker
• Takes ownership and improves how things run
• Is based in (or willing to relocate to) the Margaret River region
