About the Role:
As the Personal Assistant to a senior manager, you’ll provide a mix of office, home, and life support, from managing meetings and projects to daily driving, errands, and travel. You’ll gain hands-on experience in varied administration and project coordination tasks while benefiting from a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive manager to and from home, work, and appointments every day
Accompany and assist manager on regular business and personal travel (local and interstate)
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
Run errands: collect dry cleaning, shop, pick up lunches, and manage tasks inside and outside the office
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence
Book travel, accommodation, and transport arrangements
Organise household logistics and liaise with trades, cleaners and service providers
Assist with basic project coordination and support
Other duties as required to support the manager’s day-to-day needs
Who We’re Looking For:
Friendly, proactive, and highly trustworthy
Valid Australian driver’s licence and clean driving record
Project management qualification (Diploma, Certificate IV) or current student preferred
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Willing and able to travel regularly; flexible approach to tasks and hours
Valuable written and verbal communication
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Professional presentation and positive attitude
