Wastewater Process Engineer Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Process Engineer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As a key member of our Water Group, you will be responsible for undertaking options investigations, feasibility studies, and reporting on complex engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading project delivery and engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
* Applying experience and understanding of treatment projects from concept through to detailed design to ensure successful project delivery.
* Leading project teams, ensuring high quality deliverables and budgets are met in a timely manner.
* Work and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary design team to ensure constructability of the process designs and compatibility with the design intent.
* Engaging in client-facing activities to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
* Building and maintaining client relationships.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Chemical or Process Engineering, with approximately 6 to 10 years relevant professional experience in the water and wastewater industry.
* Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
* Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to achieve mutually successful project outcomes.
* A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to get involved and lead others, whilst contributing to a vibrant team.
