Administrative Support Specialist
The role of Administrative Support Specialist is a dynamic and varied position that provides administrative support to the organization.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries via face-to-face, phone or written correspondence.
* Prepare matters for hearing by coordinating documents, notifying parties, arranging interpreters and travel for tribunal members.
* Offer a range of administrative and clerical services, including faxing, photocopying, and document distribution.
* Compose routine correspondence, adhering to Tribunal presentation standards.
* Accurately input data into the case management system and maintain secure storage of Tribunal files.
* Seek guidance from Senior Registry Officers as necessary.
* Stay updated on relevant legislation and operational procedures.
* Proven experience in high-volume customer service environments.
* Demonstrated ability to provide administrative support and excellent customer service in a Tribunal setting.
* Strong work ethic with a can-do attitude to meet deadlines.
* Experience working with Children Check Clearance.
* Ability to exercise judgment in volatile situations.
* Proven ability to adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
* Excellent communication skills with tribunal members and parties.
