Job Description for Medical Imaging Receptionist
We are a highly respected and rapidly growing radiology business with practices across Melbourne, Gippsland, and Wagga Wagga.
This role is the first point of contact for patients, providing them with information about their appointment, managing calls and patient bookings, responding to enquiries from patients and referrers, and managing patient invoicing and receipting.
You will work autonomously and as part of a team, drawing on your professionalism and friendly nature to put patients at ease, guiding them through their visit while contributing to the smooth operation of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Welcoming patients and providing information about their appointment
2. Managing calls and patient bookings
3. Responding to patient enquiries and referrals
4. Managing patient invoicing and receipting
