- ** $44.78 - $48.99 per hour + 12% Super + Generous**Salary Packaging** benefits of up to $18,550**

Are you passionate about supporting young people aged 8-18 with complex mental health concerns? Do you have a robust background in working with youth and families, along with expertise in trauma-informed care and evidence-based interventions? If so, we want you to be part of our dedicated team!

As a Clinician within our Youth Enhanced Service, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality mental health treatment and support to youth across individual, group, and family contexts.

As part of our integrated team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Provide evidence-based mental health support to individuals, families, and groups
- Complete assessments, develop treatment plans, and support care transitions
- Take part in case reviews and planning as part of a collaborative team
- Work closely with other agencies, networks, and schools to support young people
- Offer advice and support to care team partners

**About you**
If you're an experienced and motivated professional who is passionate about supporting young people and their families, we'd love to hear from you.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Nursing, or a related field
- Extensive experience working with young people and families with moderate to complex mental health concerns
- Experience supporting young people experiencing social disengagement from education, employment, or community
- Strong skills in assessment, including mental state, crisis, and risk assessments
- Experience formulating treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapies (e.g., DBT, ACT, recovery-based approaches)
- A sound understanding of trauma and its impact on adolescent and young adult mental health
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
