About the Role
Based in Newcastle, this role involves regular travel across your district to:
Visit and support multiple offices
Coach and mentor staff to deliver exceptional client service
Ensure retail presentation and operational standards are upheld
Resolve escalated client complaints and complex issues
Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff performance, and development
Support office refurbishments, relocations, and seasonal setups What We're Looking For Proven experience in retail operations / multi-site management
