**This Role**:
Working within a supportive team, you will be responsible for managing enquiries, front-of-house reception, general administration, and accounts payable/receivable.
You will leverage your accounts payable and receivable experience to maintain and monitor account records for customers, complete reconciliation of accounts, prepare bank deposits, and make payments to suppliers. You will also assist with the preparation of reports requiring accurate data entry and compliance.
- Accounts Payable/Receivable experience
- Ability to build rapport and effective business relationships at all levels within the business
- Strong communication and customer skills with the ability to respond to and resolve enquiries
- Strong IT skills, specifically with Microsoft office, Word, and Excel
- Organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with strong initiative
- Ability to provide timely and quality administrative support
- Proven experience in a similar role
