Lead on-site technical support initiatives and mentor junior team members while delivering exceptional client experiences at client locations across Brisbane. You'll be the face of CRADAL in the field, building strong relationships with our clients.
About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to mentor junior field engineers, lead complex on-site projects, and be the primary technical contact for our Brisbane-based clients.
What You'll Do
 * Lead on-site technical support visits to client locations
 * Mentor and guide junior field support engineers
 * Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and network issues
 * Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades and migrations
 * Build and maintain strong client relationships
 * Document technical solutions and best practices
 * Work with and lead components of Project Delivery teams

About the Team
