Hamilton Island is seeking an exceptional Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping operations of one of our premier luxury resorts. Where you'll make an impact
* Lead, develop and inspire a large housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service and presentation standards
* Oversee all guest rooms, public areas and service spaces to ensure consistency and excellence
* Manage budgets, labour forecasting and rosters in line with business goals
* Partner with other resort leaders to enhance the guest experience across departments
* Drive training, engagement and continuous improvement initiatives within the team
What we're looking for
You're a positive, thoughtful and hands-on leader who takes pride in your team's success and your guests' experience. You thrive in a luxury environment where high standards, care, and collaboration come together to create something truly special.
To be successful, you'll need:
* Minimum 2 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 5-star or luxury property
* Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams with empathy, energy and accountability
* Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labour costs
* Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality and detail
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with payroll and rostering systems
* Open/unrestricted driver's licence, current First Aid and CPR
