Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and goals.
2. Develop and implement rehabilitation plans that address physical, emotional, and psychological aspects of client recovery.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support.
4. Provide education and training to clients, employers, and healthcare professionals on injury prevention and management.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology.
* Full Professional Membership with ASORC or Provisional/Full Registration with AHPRA.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
