Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Sales and Operations Leader. This individual will be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching managers and sales teams, auditing sales behaviors, developing leaders, and making commercial decisions to scale the business.
Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate a high-performing sales engine across multiple sites.
* Maintain regular communication with store leaders through one-on-one sessions (at least monthly).
