Operational Performance Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Performance Specialist to join our organization. As an Operational Performance Specialist, you will collaborate with senior officers and stakeholders to drive operational outcomes and support intelligence collection and distribution priorities.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
* Work closely with senior officers to lead and direct multiple activities in support of operations;
* Identify and create opportunities for new operational activity through applied analytical expertise;
* Conduct critical analysis in support of complex operational activities and present findings;
* Maintain subject matter expertise on operational lines of effort, customer requirements, and reporting output;
* Produce high-quality intelligence reporting that meets organizational standards;
* Build and maintain productive working relationships with stakeholders and customers;
* Identify and mitigate risk to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations;
* Draft and deliver written and verbal briefs to senior executives and government officials;
* Assist other operational disciplines with analysis in response to priorities;
* Mentor junior officers and contribute to the development of training programs;
* Provide administrative support to senior officers and your operational team.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities;
* Experience building and maintaining productive working relationships with stakeholders;
* Critical and creative thinking to solve complex problems;
* Analytical skills to support complex problem-solving and decision-making;
* Transferable work background in government agencies, private industry, or the National Intelligence Community;
* Willingness to work in a secure office environment.
