**The Company**
Fenner Conveyors, a Michelin Group Company, is a world leader in providing engineered conveyor solutions for the mining and industrial sectors. Operating 3 manufacturing sites, 16 Service Branches as well as Engineering Design & Fabrication facilities employing over 800 employees.
**Your New Team & Role**
This role, reporting to the Regional P&C Manager for our Western Region forms part of our high performing P&C team. You will play a key role in ensuring best practice human resources management strategies and practices are delivered across Perth, South Australia, and Northern Territory.
You will be joining P&C team that are results driven, open minded and most importantly we balance the fun and serious! We are led by an inspirational P&C Director who encourages us to think differently, is open to new ideas and values the growth and progression of each individual in the team.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide HR services for business units in the western region across manufacturing, mining services and labour hire
- **Cyclical P&C Activities** - Deliver cyclical P&C activities such as Performance Reviews, Engagement Surveys and any other cyclical projects/activities as required
- **Talent Management** - Workforce and succession planning
- **Coaching -** Coach and build capability across the leadership team
- **Injury management** - bring together management, employees, insurer, and treatment providers. Hold external stakeholders accountable,
- **Employee and Industrial Relations** - Enterprise Agreement Negotiations, management of employee grievances and investigations, performance management and union management
- **Campaigns **- Promote awareness through the company of campaigns such as R U Ok day, International Women's Day, World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Mental Health Day
**About you**
We are looking for a team player who is self-driven, confident and passionate about providing exceptional customer service and possesses the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years' previous experience in a similar HR role
- Degree level qualification in Human Resources or equivalent discipline
- Sound understanding of employment law, common law contracts, modern awards and applicable industrial legislation
- Strong administrative skills and high levels of attention to detail
- Strong ability to initiate, build and maintain strong and effective relationships and partnerships with all levels of stakeholders
- Be able to travel to site where overnight stays will be required from time to time,
- Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
