Exercise Physiologist / Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist role at Allied Health Australia. Pinnacle Rehab is an award-winning workplace rehab provider focused on recovery and return-to-work outcomes for individuals injured at work. Our consultants support individuals to regain confidence and independence, with a strong emphasis on staff development and onboarding into the occ rehab industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of return-to-work files and develop return-to-work plans.
* Conduct one-off assessments and provide recommendations.
* Attend medical appointments and communicate complex medical information to insurer customers.
* Perform initial, workplace and ADL assessments; write insurance reports.
* Communicate with injured workers, employers, doctors and other medical professionals to ensure appropriate intervention.
* Facilitate a safe and timely graduated return-to-work plan.
* Document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
About You / Qualifications
* Tertiary qualification as Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist.
* Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
* Car and valid Driver's license.
* Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment.
* Customer service driven with a can-do attitude.
